Brake Solenoid Input.
Program Security Key Switch.
EEPROM Memory/No Batteries Needed.
32 Character Back Lit Display.
Job Storage (up to 310 jobs).
Absolute Position to .001 inch.
Program Die Name with 10 Character Alpha/Numeric Name.
Upper and Lower Safety Limits.
Drift Monitor.
Programmable Tolerance with Output.
Auto Set.
Jog.
Die Recognition Interface (DRI) Provides Unlimited Jobs.
Tonnage Monitor.
Second Transducer Input for Inner Slide.
Eight Outputs.
RS232.
RS485.
Upper and Lower Safety Limits.
- A maximum high and low must be progammed into the RamMaster to restrict the limits of the slide adjustment.
/\ top
Drift Monitor.
- Monitors the programmed slide drift tolerance. If the slide drifts past the programmed tolerance, the control will send a signal to the press to stop and a fault message will be displayed.

Auto Set.
- The Auto Set will automatically position the ram to the programmed shut height. If the ram drifts past the programmed shut height during auto set up, the RamMaster will continue to positioin the ram correctly by pulsing the outputs to the motor.
/\ top
Jog.
- The jog will position the slide to any point within the high and low limits. The actual shut height and the programmed shut height will be displayed simultaneously while in the jog function.

Tonnage Monitor.
- Up to four sensors can be monitored and displayed every press stroke. If the tonnage exceeds the programmed limits, the Alarm trips to stop the press and the fault load is displayed.
