DIE Protection

CIECO provides several different die protection controls to choose from. From simple low cost din rail modules to full blown automation controls. Check out the the many features we offer and choose the one that best fits your needs.

Micro-DP din rail mounted die protection controller.

Micro-DP is a low cost din-rail mounted die protection module that has the capability to monitor up to two inputs per module--used mostly for low-end operations where only one or two sensors are monitored usually for part out or stock buckle and end of coil.

PCI-100DP is a low cost stand-alone die protection control that has the capability to monitor up to eight inputs from sensors used for part out, short feed, stock buckle, etc. It is provided with a remote sensor terminal block that eliminates wiring of sensors each time a die is changed.

K2000 PLS-Plus resolver based die protection controller

K2000-DP is a medium cost stand-alone resolver die protection control with eight programmable inputs and eight programmable limit switch outputs.  Option for additional inputs and outputs, tonnage monitor, brake monitor, etc. are available.

Automator Series of Die protection controls

Automator I Die Protection and press automation control  (resolver based)

Automator I® programmable die protection control is available with up to 16 programmable sensor inputs and is provided with eight static inputs and eight programmable outputs.  Options for additional inputs, outputs, load monitor, press clutch/brake control, ethernet and others are available.

Automator II Die Protection and press automation control  (resolver based)

Automator II® 15” color touch screen and vivid graphics enhance the functionality of Automator I and provides programmable die protection control with up to 16 programmable sensor inputs, eight static inputs  and eight programmable outputs. Options for additional inputs, outputs, load monitor, press clutch/brake control, ethernet and others are available.
