Die Protection
Low cost programmable die protection control saves time and money by preventing costly damage to your tooling by monitoring events that take place during each cycle of the press. Once configured, the PCI will continually monitor the sensor inputs for correct operation. If the sensors do not see the proper event according to the PCI configuration, the appropriate fault output will turnoff and inhibit the press until it is corrected. Events such as part eject, stock buckle, low lube, part transfer, end-of-stock, and many others can be monitored.
